Eventually the choice will be if I have no business income my chance of going out of business is 100%, but if I open, even if I only do business for a little while against orders, that is income. Every dollar is precious. And I may get caught, but I may not. I would take my chances. My friends have taken that chance. They are open. You can go down looking or you can go down swinging. They are going down swinging. There is a great chance they go down one way or another.
I would think if the commissioners opened Berks even though the governor didn’t, and they had issues with insurance, they would have a good legal argument because the county did say it was legal to open. Locally it was legal.
