Beer Log: we try CBD beer for the first time | The Craft Beer Channel
Beer Log: we try CBD beer from Glen Affric Brewery | The Craft Beer Channel This week we’re diving into the scientific deep end as we try CBD beer for the first …
10 mg is nothing and isolate is adulterated. You want organic cold pressed/full spectrum oil.
Make the most of it as this will probably be outlawed by the FSA next year. Green Times is the best as they actually use hemp NOT marijuana in the brewing process. They don't just add a water soluble solution. And they make low alcohol.
I feel quite uncomfortable by Brad more or less categorically endorsing alternative "medicine" in this video. Let's not forget that the "alternative" in "alternative medicine" means "not scientifically proven".
Interesting, gotta try some beers from Glen Affric.
Will remember that fun fact about cyanide! Awesome video
I never knew how expensive CBD is. I see shops here in Kentucky that sell it but I've never stopped in any. Great job fellas.
I wanna get high not mearly relaxed.
im a medical marijuana user in PA and i have always enjoyed adding some thc tincture to my beer. particularly in sweetwaters strain series. beers with strain specific terps to make the beer taste like certain strains of weed. also lagunita makes a thc seltzer in recreational states like colorado
Did you run in to Simon?
Northern Monk did a really good one called Green Heathen, a CBD version of Heathen IPA
People always say CBD isn't psychoactive but it definitely is. I have tried it in vape liquid that had a very high concentration and I could clearly feel the effect. I think part of it depends on if you have smoked weed before. A lot of people who smoke weed for the first time say they don't feel any different, and it takes a few times before they actually notice the high. I think the same probably applies to CBD, where people are getting a little bit high from it but just can't distinguish the feeling from, say, the alcohol they are also ingesting.
It has taken me too long to put 2 and 2 together and realise there is such a highly rated brewery in my place of birth! Live in Bristol now but need to get hold of some of their beers, maybe including this CBD jobbo. NB: Birkenhead is on the Wirral, not Liverpool. #WirralAwareness
Now all we need is THC toilet paper to calm everyones ass down
Love this video! Sad this is getting hate
The long awaited ‘Craft Gear Channel’ is getting closer by the day.
I really like his channel. But I don't like this video at all. And that you talk about legalizing cannabis makes me like it even less. I have friends that live in mental hospitals and is in depression because of cannabis.
I work at a brewery in the US that has used CBD in a couple beers. There definitely was no taste difference. We put it in a milkshake IPA and people drank the hell out of it. We also put it in a porter and it’s moved much slower. It’s been interesting to see that people will order a CBD beer just because it has CBD in it.
There's no solid evidence that CBD has beneficial medicinal properties. The medicinal application of CBD is a red herring to legalise cannabis which poses irreversible mental health issues. But anyway disagree with this in beer.
Great content chaps. 👍🏻 Over the water from me this brewery. Need to go sometime soon
Alcohol /beer inflames sinus passages.
Maybe the CBD can reduce that effect???
Beer is beer, FFS can we keep this stuff out of beer? I have no problem with CBD and id use it myself if i could get it but when i chug a beer i dont want unnatural additives in it. I drink beer for beer and not for canabis products
Centrepark injury and token manual labour 😂😂😂 great video yet again lads, can't wait to see that tunnocks impy video 😉
THC like alcohol is a psychotic drug where as CBD is an anti psychotic drug.
FSA is the Financial Services Authority….nothing to do with approving the production of control substances. I think this is MHRA in the UK.
