Everyone hits at bayer / basf and Monsanto for making these chemicals but the farmer has the choice if he wants to buy them or not. Also, if a guy was spray painting his car out in the open and got paint on his neighbours property, should you sue the paint company or the person using it like a moron? It seems like in the USA, the answer depends on where the manufacturer comes from.
