There is no excuse for not rescheduling cannabis to schedule III or IV medically and acknowledge that cannabis does have medicinal value as a whole plant. This will scientifically prove the truth that two apparent factors qualify cannabis as a natural medicinal non-synthetic drug. 1- cannabis has medicinal value …2- No one has ever overdosed from smoking cannabis. Like any over the counter medication their should be warnings as all drugs basically requires listed dose, weight, strength, side effects and precautions. This no different than any other drug required listed information and its full spectrum information. This is all very easy to document scientifically. The proof that cannabis is a helpful plant base medication is irrefutable. So politicians shall not infringe on life, Liberty and quality of life by deneying and making illegal and a federal crime out of cannabis,. When all it takes is basic drug information as with any drug the label warning should include may cause drowsiness, Alcohol may intensify this effect. Use care/ caution when operating vehicle, vessel (e.g. Boat) or machinery. So now that you have all the scientific report and everyone is given testimony just legalize cannabis for medicinal use and remove cannabis from a schedule I status once and for always. Cannabis should be legal to grow for adult use.recreational home use.There are studies showing beneficial attributes for medical cannabis for children to adults which have improved the quality of life for many and many states in our union have recognized legalized cannabis so there is no reason the federal government to leave the schedule I for cannabis and cannabis shall be recognized as medicine and not just some getting high illegal drug. Legalize Federal medicinal cannabis, stop criminalizing cannabis and this blackball cannabis stereotype medication that could be helping American citizens.
Huge tragedy. The South continues to be stubborn about marijuana. So many farms…so much potential yield. The racism in the South is keeping marijuana illegal. The "good ole boy" systems wants to arrest those blacks with the simple and easy probably cause. Crazy stuff. Legalize today!!
