I wish you could have come home to this beautiful house, you look like you were so excited about getting it.
Please tell us you have a bench in your shower! So important for you.
So exciting!! I remember those feelings when we had our house built. 💙💚❤💛🧡💜 🐱🐾🐾
For resale as long as your guest bathroom has a bathtub you are fine. A lot of master bathrooms only have a walk-in shower. Very nice house!
so excited to see your home finished!
So since they have put the roof on it would good to walk around the house and pick up the leavings from the nail guns. I have been at a couple of work sites before and found lots of them left after they landscaped. The landscaper can (not always) suffer from not my job and just landscape over all the nails.
Lol Jacquie yelling input on each room from the drywall mound
Are all the exterior walls cinder block? Hurricane protocol for Florida perhaps?
Who is Juniper?!
Is it in a community? The way the warranty and lot works sounds a lot like the house I bought in Arizona recently
When Jaquie said it’s just the two of them, are there no plans for kids? Natural or adopted?
Hey! 👍🏼👍🏼I 100% agree on removing the tub area, regardless of resale issues. After 15 yrs in our home, we finally took out a TUB which we NEVER used, and put in a big beautiful custom shower ❣️❣️❣️❣️
JUDD is a natural comedian!! 😂 Who’s Juniper?
Congratulations! It's coming along quickly.
Looks like a wonderful little house! Are ya'll going to make the front and back entrances accessible, just in case anyone needs it?
Im so happy for you guys!
I legit thought I was getting a notification when y'all's phone went off
U have worked hard, good for you.
🤩🤩 👍 👏 💋❤️💋❤️💋
CONGRATULATIONS! Is your new home in a Planned Unit Development? I need to get out of the -20 degree winters and 12 feet of snow but my daughter lives in Winter Park in a PUD and they literally come and measure her grass, her flowers out front need to "approved," etc., etc., which would drive me nuts….any ideas where in Florida I should move to? All replies/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oh, I'll be 62 in March and don't have $250k for a house….I know that's asking a lot, but any and all suggestions would be great! Congrats again, it looks lovely and best of all, it's what you both wanted, so kudo's to y'all!
Would soaking in a tub help with pain relief or is a tub not safe to get into and out of for Jaquie?
There's lots of construction in my area so I get to watch houses go up gradually as I walk my dog past each day. Can't imagine how exciting it must be when it's your own though!
I miss building projects in high school before my health got really bad but if my health were better I'd try to be an electrician. My entire family works in the trades we have carpenters electricians hvac plumbers and mechanics I always loved learning about what they did and I used to want to be a mechanic like my uncles but I have to take care of my body first and unfortunately that just isnt in my cards right now
Congratulations and many blessings to you, Judd and Harlow 💗in your new home💗
I hope you saw my note on the previous house video about installing extra framing and grab bars in the shower! They are invaluable for your safety, Jacquie. This is exciting!
Rest in Peace Jaquie 💙

Plan an area outside for giving the dogs a bath!
