cbd oil not derived from hemp has like 0.03% THC(not sure if my percentage is right but its super low amount) , but when consumed in a long period of time , you can surely fail a drug test , hemp oil you can literally buy that from amazon , it has no THC
i feel like they made marijuana schedule 1 on one side , and made it some what legal in non federal level , so eventually when they take our guns , they can start taking it from anyone who carries a gun that has a marijuana license , smart move
So to clarify hemp derived CBD does not have THC, marijuana which is a cross breed between the hemp plant and the daisy flower does have THC as is derives it from the daisy flower.

They're only doing this type of shit to keep people hooked on their drugs, and that's why they are trying to scare people away from CBD. Actually I use cbd and I've always been under the impression that all of it contains .003 thc or something like that but it's so small a percent that's why it's legal in every state
