Garlic has FLAT foleage, onions are hollow I'm pretty sure…I grow garlic in my garden and the foliage Is flat, like grass…
No way would I kill these wild onions and wild garlic or the dandelions. No wonder wild edibles are getting harder to find, chemicals on everything now days.

EAT EM there delicious got some Dehydrating rite now house got eye water onion smell YUM Lots o people got a garden rite in there yard and NOT EVEN KNOW IT
Funny how the leaf identification is the opposite of cultivated onions and garlic.
Look at all those dandelions! Those are edible too! Take the roots and char em, then crush to a powder, and boom! Dandelion coffee!!
Best way to remove them is to wait after it rains, the soil is nice and loose – just pull them up nice and slow. The bulb will come out nice and easy. Good luck if you have a lawn full of them, just take out a few each time. Don't go crazy. 🙂

Why would you try to kill herbs? They're free of cost too. Just eat them.
