  1. I have really bad period cramps during my period. But they don’t last all day. Like on day 1 when my period starts I get severe pain like someone is stabbing me but it only lasts for like less than an hour. The second day I might get cramps but their not as bad as the first day. I usuallly don’t have any horrible cramps after the 2 nd day. Could this be endometriosis or just normal cramps??

  2. I have the outmost respect for you. I was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis 3 months ago after visiting many doctors. I have been fighting anxiety since, sometimes I’m not sure what’s more difficult, the actual physical pain or the mental toll a chronic illness can bring.
However, the good days where I am feeling well I appreciate it them so so much. And I have a very supporting boyfriend that is always there for me when I need a little pick me up.
To everybody that is dealing with chronic pain. You’re not alone. There will be better days. Take care of yourself. I found that changing my diet to mostly plant based helps some days. Seek mental help. Do it for you. And never ever lose hope.

  3. i have such painful period pains that make me not be able to walk, not be able to eat, throw up, pass out, sweat, shake, sleep continuously but not sleep at the same time. i can’t even imagine

  4. I have been having these pains for almost 8 months and i finally see a specialist next week. Your not alone. It is one of the hardest things i have had to deal with. It has effected my career where it is male dominant and it is so hard to get them to believe you some times. I get how you feel. Power through!

  5. I been living with endo for 5 years now. Took them over a year and half to figure out what was wrong. They almost had me believing it was all in my head. It got to a point where I became suicidal in silence. I must add I am a recovering addict I was hooked on opiates for many years but been in recovery and clean from them for 13 years. Anyways once i was diagnosed they gave me morphine. I tried not to use it because of my previous issue with opiates . Then someone suggested medical marijuana. Thats is where the inner battle started for me. I am in recovery but now i am taking morphine and thinking of taking medical marijuana. But for me the medical marijuana was a far more better choice then morphine. I found relief in smoking it then i had a surgery snd things were going so well the pain was manageable even without MM but now after 2 years all the pain is coming back . I am so tired of living this way I feel like endo has stolen my life.

  6. Righhhtt, like ughhh . It’s very frustrating, and I look forward to someday having more help than I do now . All my Endo sisters 💞 I love you, you are strong , and continue to fight for your life because we are so much more than the pain we face!

  7. I wish I could know you. I can relate in so many levels (i suffered with Vaginismus for years) and feel so much to what you feel. Seriously DM me girl. You're awesome. Xxxx

  8. Endo, when a period makes you pass out, or vomit and pass out. When moving a slight inch feels like a knife slashing you in the insides. I miss out on so many things, but I have very supportive people in my life, they understand, but they’re older people who understand what pain is. Younger people don’t understand.

  9. That part where she said should she just wait to take the next day off in case it's worse tomorrow I felt that. Been suffering for 16 years but I somehow hang in there.

  10. So the doctors prescribe you weed for the pain in your country?! Really, never heard of this therapy. In Germany, where I live, my doctors tells me the only treatment would be birth control pill or operation

  11. I'm currently on my 1st of my period. Cramps woke me up at 5 am, my entire body is in shock and I had to take a massive painkiller shot just to get out of bed. I'm terrified to go poop, my bleeding hasn't started yet (I've got a very light flow and it takes half a day to start). I managed to get up and go to the bathroom and then my spinal pain (I've got a spinal injury) kicked in. I'm sitting on the toilet crying. I can't do this anymore!!!!

  12. I also have endometriosis but mine isnt this bad. Its just the 1st 2 days of my period for me but i manage to get the pain down with birth control but my mood changes sooooo much from the brith control that im constantly switching them all the time hoping that the side affects of me not being in pain out weigh the side affect of my mood changes. One time the mood change made me not want to leave my house for 6 months

  13. My mom has endometriosis she had her surgery in June before then she used to be in hard pain every week she was always doubled over for years they used to give her pin medication and sent her home every time she went to the er it took her to see a specialist to get a diagnosis

  14. This is literally my life. The canceling plans, the hikes with your dog, the cannabis for pain management, the heat pads and comfy pants, the frustration, everything.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Hearing that I'm not the only one who has to go through these exact things means alot.
    💜✌

  15. Why are we acting like it's common to be in such intense pain all month as an endometriosis patient?
Yes pain outside of menstruation is a thing but if you want awareness you should probably mention that this is an unusually severe case. This video is actually the first time that I have heard of endometriosis a few years ago and I was like "oh I can't imagine how bad you must feel" when I heard someone in may life say that they have it.
Yes. Today I collapsed again from my period pain. I was on my way to the pharmacy to buy pain killers because the two tablets that I had at home didn't work enough. After I've convinced everyone that I'm not dying but just got my period, the ambulance brought me to the pharmacy instead of the ER. Then the pharmacist (lovely young man) suggested to bring my to a nearby doctor so that I can take something stronger than over the counter medication.
The doctor then said that he's pretty much convinced that I have endometriosis and that I should get a proper diagnosis and treatment asap.
The point is that this case may be an intriguing story (as sad as it is) but not all awareness is helpful.
