The very first AutoCAD was coded by a team of 8 engineers led by Alex Bernstein at the time. This was the time when the first version was coded for microcomputer, so it had small appearance. In 1981, Brian Evers began working on the program in his spare time. Before the first version was completed, his friend Alex Bernstein joined him on the program. At the time, Brian had just graduated from the University of Waterloo with a Bachelor of Engineering degree and Alex had just finished his second year of his B.Eng. Computer Science program. Brian and Alex were the first two engineers hired by Autodesk to work on the application. Alex Bernstein, the designer of AutoCAD, even went on to become the co-creator of Photoshop. AutoCAD does not use a mouse, or other input device, but instead uses the keyboard for inputting coordinates and commands.
AutoCAD Architecture
Each AutoCAD installation consists of four components: the installed disk(s) (program file), the architecture subdirectory, the executable file (archfile), and the Autodesk subdirectory. The Autodesk subdirectory contains many files that are used when AutoCAD is installed. Autodesk programs are categorized by their purpose and require different components.

Run the wizard and select auto-rotate.
Set the position of each surface of your model and click OK.
Run the report in AutoCAD. The figures will be printed with the correct settings.
