How to play:

To get started you must first create a character! Choose from one of three unique characters to play as.
Select the type of weapon you want to use on your enemies (sword, machine gun, cannon) and assign each weapon a hotkey (default is “M”).
Use your shift keys (default is “W” and “S”) to help aim your attacks, your mouse buttons (default is “V” and “A”) to continue shooting and the normal mouse button to reload your weapons.
When fighting a boss, simply activate your weapon and use it to attack until the boss is dead!

Three years into the future, America is in the midst of a record breaking heat wave.
In the final days of summer, something happens and the temperature spikes even higher than normal. Temperatures inside rise to boiling point and the edge of the town starts to crack, as the river washes away the shore in the city.

The Story:
You wake up in a vacant house, everything seemingly normal and calm. As you slowly walk downstairs, you find a locked phone, along with a mysterious note next to it.
“Look for the channel numbers. Unlock it quickly, she’s watching you. Don’t leave the static on for too long, it makes her ears bleed. Right now she’s upstairs waiting for you.”
You turn on your smart phone and go upstairs to find a red door, which you attempt to open. Upon entering, you find a small, locked door, which you then enter in The Survey.
You soon come to a blank, brick wall, which you press against. A small screen appears above the wall, showing a static image.
You then are greeted to a distorted voice telling you that she’s watching you. You can turn off the static through the phone or by pressing against the wall. You have limited time to avoid her as the static eventually makes her ears bleed.
Upon turning off the static, you find yourself inside a small world. It’s a bright white, new room, with a blank window and the door you entered through is locked from the other side. You try to open the door, but have no response.
You then find a painting, along with journal entries on the wall.
