  1. Hi everyone! Thank you for all the concern. I'm truly shocked that the esthetician I went to was so highly regarded and recommended in my city. I actually complained and got my money back for the procedure thankfully and my skin has recovered. I have now been going to a holistic acne clinic that is amazing and I've seen a ton of improvement in my skin. We actually do light chemical peels that (GASP) my sensitive skin is okay with! I plan on making a follow up video soon 🙂

  2. I just had a chemical peel dove yesterday. I was told NOT to workout and definitely wash my face 4 hours after the peel was done. And my esthetician only did 2 passes, no other procedures. I did the VI Peel, you should have a kit with the cleanser, post peel lotion, and spf 50. How are you having to use your own cleanser? 😳

  3. You should sue them they gave you chemical burns!! Honestly if I had cystic acne I'd just have a very simple skincare routine using a mild cleanser, lactic or glycolic acid serum from the ordinary followed by a good moisturiser at night only then in the day time a mild cleanser followed by niacinamide serum then moisturiser and SUNCREEN. for extra sensitive skin go for lactic acid instead of glycolic. You will see amazing results without any pain! Good luck

  4. Who does microneedle and chemical peels at the same time!! They are completly different treatmwnt with different aftercare! So when u do microneedling u are not supose to get anything else done on ur face sooner then 3 weeks. U are not meant to wash it before 11 hrs after the treatment! Microneedling rejuvenate the skin but chemical peel just peels of the skin! So by doing chemical peel she just made the microneedling pointless. Where did u go my love?? Which aesthetic does not know that!

  5. Whoever you went to is a sadist and should be sued. You never, never, never, never do microneedling and a chemical peel in the SAME session. You would not even do the two of those in the SAME MONTH….

  6. Can I just give you a tip, you always need an acid neutralizer if something goes wrong it’s a life lesson for those who found out after so y’all make sure you have that in your skin care collection it’s a must have!

  7. Sorry you had a bad experience but TCA is an amazing acid. I do two very deep peels yearly and it has kept my skin looking really good for years and years.

  8. I’ve been a medical aesthetician for 14 years and I would NEVER!!!!!! I mean NEVERRRRRRRRRR do a microneedling and then place a chemical peel directly on top of WOUNDS!!! That is basically what is being done. You have open wounds obviously purposely caused by the microneedling which is fine as it’s controlled…..but to place a chemical onto open wounds? No that is just not right in my books. You should have had a microneedling and then come back 3-4 weeks later to have a chemical peel done and alternate treatment. I think some technicians realize clients tend to be impatient when it comes to results and just assume it’s better to get things done all at once but this is not the case. Oh girl I’m so glad you found a technician now that is doing things properly and getting you results!!!

  9. As a trial base my doctor apply a small amount of chemical on my nose..in a week the chemical peeled off but lefting a bluish spot behind which is now very dark brown in color in a month or two… How could it be removed??? if anybody knows plz reply.

  10. Not going to lie to you , your results were beautiful. Since you have sensitive skin it probably was very harsh your first go . She probably just needed a lighter peel and a less invasive Micro needling tip

  11. Hey Beautiful if I may share for one minute about acne. I’ve been blessed and probably had five pimples in my entire life. I had no idea how lucky I was. 35 years later I had a daughter, she is now 16 and for the last two year, my poor daughter had one of the worse cases of acne I’ve EVER SEEN. I only wish I could show you when I say bad. It was the most hopeless feeling in the world not to be able to make that heal immediately for her. I would have mortgaged our home for her not to have to endure. We tried pro-active, countless antibiotics and one was so bad that it zapped the sunshine right out of her personality. It was heartbreaking. Our next step was acutane. I had to stop at my supplement health food store for ashwagandha, daughter went in with me and my lady gave her a pro-biotic, VITAMIN B-5 (PANTOTHENIC ACID – THIS WAS HER LOTTERY TICKET) and she NO LONGER HAS THAT ACNE. She’s doing some light peels currently to clear up pores, there are a few scars that dr is going to hit with a higher grade TCA but for anyone with acne, and I’m taking BAD ACNE, what can it hurt to try a vitamin before ever trying acutane?? Blessings to all.
