  1. Can we use any type of wood for the wood chips? Im from indonesia and would love to start a no dig methods of farming. But im am sure our types of woods are different than what you'd have over there.

  2. Your garden is beautiful to look at and the vegetable are so clean. Can see the care and love for growing and lovely to eat. Thanks for sharing

  3. Where would I get so much compost for no till? I take advantage of the existing soil and maybe use 4bags of compost all year. Don’t have the money to invest in so much compost and wood chips but then have the pests or weather screw it up

  4. I quite agree with your comments at 12:00+. It is amazing how all of these eco-systems work so well together and seem 'designed' to be so. Almost as if it was planned?

  5. what type of turnips…hakurei? around 17 or18 mins in…. am so in step with your methods, have about 2/3 acre only, but works for me (no dig, beds similar to yours) we are at 46 north latitude, short season also!

  6. Loved the video friend. The symbiotic relationship between nature and ourselves as humans can never be broken. Love the philosophy. Farming and gardening can truly balance one's spirit.

  7. Watching the govt response to covid made me want to start gardening a good family friend (detail oriented engineer) suggested this natural approach with compost and organic mulch matter. Gone natural as I could and so far less complaints than most people I hear from. You sound the most like my friend so I hope it goes as well as I think. Just now feeling better about it.

  8. Hello Richard, I'm not able to place your accent. Where on earth is your farm located? Brilliant job, video and farm and I'm loving it.

  9. I would love to setup a market garden with no dog, the barrier in my mind is where to get all the compost. Do you just buy it? Managing a large composting program seems like back breaking work, and it attracts vermin, so I’m not keen to do my own composting. And it seems like if you have to buy all that compost that it would eat deeply into your profits (or eliminate them altogether).
