  8. First off, loved the video! Secondly, I enjoy using vegetable bouillon sometimes because of the rich flavor, but as far as cost-efficiency goes, homemade vegetable stock is the best bet.

  9. Why aren’t you using oil? Oil isn’t unhealthy, why you say you are “sautéing” your food when you aren’t. Oil is important as it carries flavours well. For anyone accustomed to a normal diet these meals aren’t going to be satisfying. Sorry.
