  1. Synthetic and natural derived Resveratrol are 2 different things. There are absolutely positive benefits from taking Reverstrol in low doses combined with other molecules like Quercetin.

  2. Cannabis is absolutely amazing. It benefited me more than any other plant imo. very spiritually uplifting for me and shilajit actually boosts the effects i noticed. I been consuming cannabis for years and im sure there are some minimal negatives but the positives for sure outweigh the negatives. I was disappointed to hear Georgie say like one negative thing about it then move to how its good to drink alcohol sometimes . I love matts work in general but he will support joel osteen and talk down on cannabis. thats probably the most absurd thing he does lol. i dont think he has much personal experience with it and many like that tend to talk down on it. other than that great podcast as usual. best health podcast on the web

I have heard ray peat say that even coconut oil has a downside of putting 2% pufa into your body. I don't want to be too orthorexic but if you are trying to repair a long history of pufa consumption, you can keep your daily pufa consumption under a single gram if you consume large amounts of skim milk, fruit, and sugar, and avoid all fats.
