I've been curious about the Spectrum King SK602, and SK402. Did they make it on the list ?
1000 dollars to test a light that’s crazy! I didn’t know it was that much$$$. I would test the chilled growcraft light. I can’t think of a better light for a 4×2, 4×4 or 5×5.
Chilled Growcraft.
Question what do you think about the es300 blackdog or the California light work
Optic slim 600h, chilled growcraft x6, amare sb 600-800, gravita pro 1700e gen 2, fluence spyder 2i.
I'd like to see a test of the Dragon made by Scynce.
I like the new Vivid Grow FlowerMax and there veg light a mixture of efficiency and power
Do y’all ship worldwide ?
Rt on👍👍👍
Is kind 750 led a dinosaur now? I wonder where they would test??
Test the new HLG-650r as it should beat all others
Thinking about buying Grower’s Choice ROI-E680 TSL LED Grow Light System – 680W or the (kind led k5 750 )as a flowering light in a 4×4 grow tent any options are greatly appreciated 🙂 happy growing
Thank you for that (expensive) testing. An older Corvette has a powerful V8 Engine. But the same year model BMW M3 with a smaller engine will beat it on the track because it has better handling, brakes etc. So an LED with a great spectrum may result in better yields than a light that was just built for PAR or efficiency. I think we should talk more about the spectrum than we do right now.
I did a lot of research before settling on an HLG 65 last month as a beginner gardener. I feel as though there needs to be more info about the standard looking LED rectangular blurple light box with x brand name here on the side compared to efficient grow lights. There was a lot to be confused about as a new gardener choosing a light because Amazon reviews will show successful grows with blurple lights, then Reddit will say "absolutely not" and it's difficult to understand what the right choice really is… especially when you want to make the RIGHT choice. Thanks for the work you are doing
Lol I love the shirt bro 💯✌️
Clickbait , it doesn't show any tests, just him talking about it
Theese are tests that the company should pay for and publish honest resultsz
First off thanks for the video and performance tests and the effort put into it. It's nice to see something other than the typical "unboxing" or "review" video on YouTube with no data behind them. Like XD stated though, in order for us to see how each light performs in reality they would need to be tested at the heights the manufacture recommends since that's how they'll be used rather than all at 24". Different lights are designed differently and to be used at different heights above the canopy. Thanks again though for taking the time and putting this together! I'm subscribed and looking forward to future tests. Do you have any plan on testing any of the Alibaba lights like Kingbrite or Meijiu? I know you guys don't sell them, but I also know a lot of people are curious to see how they compare.
Great videos. Hlg 600 Thanks
Test Optic LED please Both Gen3 and the new Gen4 if at all possible. Would be cool to see unbiased source on whether the $$$ is worth spending on the Gen4 upgrade
While the idea of an 18” or 24” control height seems right. It does not show what each fixture really does. You need to deploy each at manufacture recommended heights. I.E. 6-8” for a Gavita 1700. Those true baselines are the only way we’ll see what these really do…. otherwise we’re getting a skewed perspective on the total ppf output and ppfd uniformity. So if hlg’s 550 is recommended 18-24”. That’s going to give use the real output at practical heights. Where hanging a fluence or gavita at 24” will show a major reduction in ppf and ppfd because of its design and spread. You guys are fucking crushing it but little things can take it from yeah this is cool. To this is what the industry. NEEDS. & you have the capabilities to do it better than everyone else!
