I was charged with driving with drugs/or metabolite for having thc in my system even though I was not intoxicated at the time. I had an expired mmj card (couldn't afford to renew at the time) courts have been suspended because of the coronavirus so I haven't been to court yet. I plan to fight this. The cop said I failed the sobriety test so he could draw blood. They impounded my car and put a mandatory 30 day hold which made me lose my car because I couldn't pay the 1500.00 to get it out. Complete B's. Now they say I can do 6+ months in jail 5 years of probation and 2500.00 in fines🤬🤬🤬
