I want to take this along side my medication. I keep forgetting to ask my PA and what brand to use.
I went to the chiropractor today! Definately recommend it for back and shoulder pain from anxiety. Also ❤ that you talk about your aches and pains that happen with anxiety…sometimes I feel alone with that side affect of anxiety.

Hi am I just found this video and I suffer from depression and anxiety and i have had depression for 1 month and a half😟It’s terrible but made a promise to myself I wasn’t going to let depression ruin my life especially since I’m 13 years old. I started a healthy diet and exercise and also I pray to God and Jesus for forgiveness for my sins and forgiveness. Personnaly I think god punished me with depression for being naughty and rude! I made a promise to god that I stick to my diet and be nice to everyone around me! Btw awesome video and I hope you get better from you depression and your really nice👍 And also I literally started everything today so I must take huge amounts of effort to please God
I know you don't suffer from depression but have you heard if it can help with that? Very informative thank you x
