That’s because Indiana politicians are all bought and paid for by big pharma, tobacco, and alcohol.
"Warning: Weed is still illegal in Indiana" and yet half the cars that drive by while out side smell of weed… Standing in line at a convenience store or fast food one can smell weed. Half the people I know have weed on them. Weed is illegal in indiana yet that isnt keeping it out of indiana nor inhibiting any ability to obtain it.
The 26 year old that reacently was busted for buying weed over the boarder and crossing into indiana was going a hundred and three miles per hour in a 55 speed zone. He may as well been flying a big banner that says "BUST ME I HAVE WEED AND A GUN". How many others beside him quietly crossed the boarder with without drawing attention to themselves before and after they got that guy? From the amounts of marijuana in indiana I would say 99% crossed the boarder with no issue. I know of lots of people who smoke weed in Indiana and have never had any issue and they are responsible adults with good jobs. I worked with a guy who always showed up on time was a go getter, beautiful wife a family good at his job who smoked weed all day everyday.
We got Dinosaurs as law makers and if indiana wants a change were gonna have to stop voting people in with failed and outdated ideas.
My freinds from Indiana said they will be bringing loads of it back home.
Hopefully one day, these old outdated lawmakers with their 1930's thinking processes, will wake up and realize that you're not going to stop marijuana use, that light has already came on for many other states, Indiana will be the last state to smell the roses.
I have more to say on this. I understand that Holcomb stands by the FDA and the Nixon mandate, as #badunit stated in their comment. I don't see how the fda can reasonably argue that marijuana ( whole plant) has no medical use, since they have done isolated the two dominant chemicals from the plant and used them as medicine. If someone who has some education on this topic, please, I invite your comment. I don't want just opinion, I want facts. Feel free to insert opinion after facts lol. That's what I'm looking for.
is there any doubt that marijuana will be legal in every state in the usa sooner than later…indiana needs to vote the dinosaur out of office…anslinger…(the reason for the drug being illegal)…nixon i am not a crook…who was pardoned by ford….for not being a crook i guess…50 years of a holes running the drugwar … against you…."we are gonna continue to enforce laws as we have done in the past" …..that's about right…safe journeys to you all.
That clip of Holcomb saying he thinks its premature of the states to legalize is only half of what he said. Also, I think it's ridiculous how the state of Indiana touts that it doesn't support the use of marijuana on any level. I see it as a pointless and stupid argument ( yes all my opinion, but I have facts that strongly argue that marijuana laws are biased and outdated namely because the substance has as much medical use as liquor- an already legal substance, that has nothing in common with our natural biochemistry- unlike cannabis, which is recognized by our cb 1 and cb 2 receptors. )
Vote Holcomb OUT!!! Lets change this!!!!
