If your under the influence your under the influence and that should be where the issue is. The dog walking per laziness, unless they are drinking or smoking (LOL)
Scouse, I can’t speak for Alberta but here in Saskatchewan Alcohol was was prohibited in Provincial Parks because the young people on May Long Weekend let loose and caused hundreds of thousands of dollars damage. Picnic Tables were broken up for firewood, in some lakes where they had the wood out house washrooms they were dumped over by force or with vehicles. Then there was the trash left. It was horrible. The Provincial Government placed the alcohol ban in the parks. I can’t talk about National Parks because I haven’t a clue. I quit drinking in my early 20’s, I’m in my late 50’s. As for Marijuana I can’t speak on that because I’ve never smoked it or done any illicit drugs. It was a good time Saturday Night. I popped in and out watching. I never went into the Chat area. I popped around all the Live Streams on Friday/Saturday.
