Id find the shooters INNOCENT and still FINE THE MUNICIPALITIES for damages. AND. Have all respondents arrested and charged as well. This was a crystal clear case of murder. It is only right that those who conspired to make the murder happen also be murdered themselves. 01. The driver. 9 mm between the eyes. 02. The politician. Rifle to the chest and neck. 03. The sheriff. Multiple shotgun blast to all appendages. THAT MAN SUFFERED. He died ALONE and in PAIN on the side of a road in a ditch. That deserves a special type of justice. I would not find ANYONE who does it guilty. I would find them to be JUST and their actions to be legal and justified.
