  1. My father has had crohns disease for the past 17 years,he suffers serious chronic pain all the time, he also wears a drainage bag for an abscess in his stomach, I am wondering will these exercises help him, bear in mind my father had a heart attack two and a half years ago, he went through a triple bypass, also he is 64 years old so would it be safe to do. Any advice would be appreciated, thank you.

  2. "1) As this study was a proof-of-concept trial the sample size was small and not powered to investigate efficacy. "

"2) The unblinded design of the study renders our results susceptible for a placebo effect. "

"4) The adherence to the training program at home was not formally checked…"

"5) Although not a major part of the add-on training program, the strength exercises (performed in conjunction with the breathing exercises) might play a role in the improvements we found in the participants, since exercise is a pivotal part of the treatment of axial spondyloarthritis."

Credit where credit is due, at least they were honest in their publication. Just probably hoping no one would actually read it.

  3. Its good ! But i want see research , when one part of the method like breathing give effect, separataly from others part of method. It's no secret that cold water is usefull for health, its known and meditation give benefits but what about breathing ?

  4. Thanks for the vid! It´s great news! 🙂 I have a question though: Will the same hold true for all autoimmune diseases, for autoimmune thyroid as well? Common sense says it should, however, the thyroid is a part of the endocrine system, one that governs stress, metabolism, the heart etc. Do you have any experience with the method having an impact on people suffering from hypo/hyperthyroidism, please? I´ve done the breathing and cold exposure for about a year now and though it makes me feel good, I´m not so sure whether it cannot negatively affect my autoimmune thyroid. I haven´t found any online info and I´d rather be safe.
