Most of the people in SA that have been tested are front line workers, refugees or elderly. The SA public has not been tested. Reopening the city would be disastrous considering we do not know how many residents are carrying the virus. Last month, I had difficulty breathing, shortness of breath and lost my voice. I gave myself breathing treatments with my nebulizer to help with breathing. I was very lethargic and slept a lot. I feel like I had the virus but my dr said I did not have a fever and could not be tested. I had a fever of 99.5 but two weeks later, after my doctor visit. I feel like if I could recommend a strategy to our Mayor it would be reopen the city sometime in May and reopen by going digital. Begin with the online orders and pick ups for retail, and if possible continue to work from home until the beginning of summer to see how much the virus dies down. Mandate mask wearing and glove wearing.
