Joe is what you should do is prove Dewine wrong on his statements like this. Back in the day there was only maybe 5 strains going around, some of which are still in despondenceries now. Like I was looking on line about old strains, here is one I pulled up with THC content. Acapulco Gold being the same strain as today as it was in the 60's today has a 25 THC rating. I would say that is about high average on most strains today. So that proves that statement wrong like most things Dewine says about cannabis.
