  1. You don’t have time to make all these decisions. It’s a sesión they must make in a second and armed militarized police is important against bomb threats and terror threats that are important in city’s with problems with bigger threats.

  2. Julian is the opposite of Kamala Harris, who has been called Hillary Clinton lite. The DNC are propping up Kamala, who was a prosecutor that kept innocent people in jail. Kamala Harris should not win, keep her out at all costs!

  3. A Simple two point solution:

    1) There should be an independent committee compromising of locals civilians from the communities that the police department is serving, and they decide who gets hired and who gets fired/punished for wrongdoings.

    2) Whenever compensation has to be paid out to victims of police brutality/abuse etc. it should come from the police officers' pension funds. Not the local government coffers. That would force other cops to make sure their fellow cops didn't abuse their power because it would also affect them personally if they did.

  4. 100% Support this reform…. However… This candidate…. Because of his name… He is going to loose… America is that divided & Ignorant.

  5. Oh thank you!! I'm not a person of color, and I'm not a criminal. I used to never have to fear police. But I have sure had problems with them in the Midwest

  6. What about compulsory FULL SHIFT Key On Body Cams that can't be turned off by the officer wearing them, and ditching a body cam would be a "You Just Quit" Offense. Heck, what about for every Police Action, that Little Photo Drones cover the scene and shoot all the action at 3 angles. What if it is explicitly allowed that everybody is allowed to record these incidents on their Cell Phones (without Cops barking "Put that away"). What about not having to apologize for exercising Civilian Oversight over the Cops ("this is not an attack on the police" why do we even have to say that!? If Civilian Oversight wants to attack the police, well that is their prerogative, isn't it?

  7. Sandra Bland committed suicide in police custody. Castro is peddling a liberal conspiracy theory that she was killed by police. Pathetic.

  8. Also how bout doing extensive background checks of there online and offline interaction, check what basis's they may hold or habor. Do a criminal records check, and for those in the system already check how many complaints they've gotten from the community for bad policing.

  9. A lot of these candidates really interest me (Bernie, Tulsi, Yang, Castro)
So far I am 100% Bernie and I really hope he has some plan for police reform too. This guy is good though.

Sadly he won't stand a chance against the big fish currently running but as long as he keeps doing the right things, his popularity will rise.

  10. CASTRO how about you tell people of color to comply with police instead of fighting them escalating a deadly situation? You’re message is ANTI COP who are you fooling? Cops don’t go into work and wonder “gee how many will I shoot today” I’m a man of color who’s never had an issue with law enforcement why? Because I was COMPLIANT. It’s simple.

  11. I’ve had problems with the police to as long as I follow what they say they usually don’t do anything crazy but I’ve seen double standards but they’re not universe should we punish everybody because of a few bad apples that seems very hyperbolic.

  12. Police lobby is among the most powerful in Washington. Pension programs costing trillions of dollars are on the verge of bankrupting cities. Military industrial complex wants their weapons in as many hands as possible. Private prison industry wants to incarcerate as many as possible.
