  12. 'Morning sickness' was all day for me as well. My mom or sister didn't have ANY so it was such a shock when it hit at 6 weeks. I didn't know any great tips and lost 15 lbs my first preg. By my second I realized if I keep something in my stomach and don't let it get empty that helps a lot. And if I did throw up I'd sip water and take a bite of something mild right away. Water is key, sipping all through the day, fresh air REALLY helped, the kit window was always open and lemon in water, or low sugar lemonade was super helpful for cutting the nausea.

  13. Thank you for sharing! So looking forward to trying some of the homeopathic remedies. Hit me at week 5 and it's relentless, day and night. I was taking CBD to help me sleep before I became pregnant and continued for two weeks after knowing until my partner shared some frightening research out of UNC Chapel HIll showing Rat's brains/eyes being deformed from CBD. Freaked me out and I quit taking it but I'm seeing people recommend it in videos. Do you know of anyone who has successfully used it and had healthy, whole babies? Thanks again!

  14. 7weeks +1 . I feel sick because I’m hungry , hungry because I feel sick and can’t eat . I feel sick all day but it peaks at certain times . Can not wait for the second trimester !

  15. Your seabands need to be three fingers down your wrist to be effective. I worked in a lab and spent 8+ hours a day on a microscope- I’d get pretty severe motion sickness. Seabands and a small usb fan worked wonders. Also, any thoughts on morning sickness that started at 10 weeks? No morning sickness until that point.
