As a nurse, I really like your scientific approach to the importance of knowing ingredients of supplements used and also of any type of skin care used. Since the skin the the largest organ the human body has, it's not only what we ingest that effects us but also the creams, oils and lotions we use.
This is not beauty or skincare related quite as much, but I would love to see a video of what you think about using ginger essential oils for lymphatic drainage?

Very interesting. Thanks for the info, Rachel. I’m skeptical about it, too. I wouldn’t be against CBD in my skincare if it actually did something, but I think companies are just throwing it in their products because it’s a hot ingredient and they want us to buy their stuff.
I worked for the USPHS and was drug tested yearly. I would have had a major shock to find I didn't pass a UDS and then try and link it to my face cream. Good thing I'm retired😉
Just loving this series Rachel, I have Psoriasis but I have Osteogenesis Imperfecta and because of all the medications that I take especially for pain I would not try CBD without my doctors advising it. Thank you for the information
