Halosulfuron-methyl (Sandea, Permit) will light it up. More effective than Gramoxone but also a little more expensive
We HAD Scouring Rush really bad on our ditch banks which eventually moved out into the fields. After a ton on research, I found the Crossbow mixed with a non ionic surfactant will kill it. Now I know what your are thinking, cant really spray it out in the field but spot spray applications work great and but you have to get good coverage and in the really thick areas multiple times a year may be necessary. If spraying near a bean field just be careful not to spray the beans but volatility is not an issue. The nice thing about Crossbow is that any grass in the area will be unaffected.
