Medical cannabis patients have to pay more since legalization and there's still limited access for products that work.
It is legal but if you want to get the better product you have to get a prescription. To get into one of the Drs at the clinic in Alberta takes months. It is ridiculous to make or so difficult to get good quality CBD when you can get products that make you high so easily. Stupid system. Often the CBD from the legal stores is not as good as they are mostly focused on recreational users
