  1. Hi Erica, I've been really enjoying your videos. I just had my Roux_en-Y surgery on the 29th of January 2020. i'm still in the full fluid stage but I do know I want to do Keto when I'm able. I just started here on YouTube and am looking forward to using your videos as inspiration…and following your recipes. You are so motivating

  2. Been on keto 10 wks – w/ positive benefits – one that surprised me most is skin tags are gone! I've had them a few years – mainly on right side of neck & chest. Used Tea Tree & Lavender oils & they eventually fell off, but soon a new batch reappeared. About wk 3, I rubbed my hand down the side of my neck unconsciously & was amazed to find them all gone! Checked my chest & the same! I have to make myself stop feeling the side of my neck b/c I'm so amazed at the smooth skin!

  3. 2 questions. I am looking at the keto chow electrolytes drops, do i need to get magnesium also–and how much are you supposed to take…and how many times a day? Next, you had mentioned a kind of flour you love to usewhen you were making pumpkin muffins that is lower carb rhan almond and coconut flour…I cant remember the name of it. Last, a comment…I love your videos. Just found them..the meal prep..you are just so beautiful and fun and REAL!! THANK YOU!! My daughter and I are about to start some keto…just soaking up all the info.

  4. I run low on potassium, so per Dr. Ken Berry, I take NoSalt to get my potassium. I take magnesium supplements. If I feel dizzy, I know my potassium is low, I take the water with NoSalt and no dizziness. Keto is my lifestyle. I have Hashimoto's too, and I feel so great after being on Keto since June. 80lbs gone! :o)

  5. I don't see my husband and I giving up Keto either. We love the food and lifestyle. Also what I noticed when I started was no more heartburn. I used Tums every night, but not anymore. I did all kinds of research before we started–, watched Dr. Barry, Dr. Berg, Thomas Delauer and so many more to learn what Keto was about. Then I found your channel and a few others that are great for recipes and items you can find in stores. Thanks so much./Kathy

  9. I will continue doing Keto…I am 5 wks po from VSG…I have been in a stall for about two weeks…myst start back walking now that I have more energy. Made the Ricotta Bake today..delicious..ate 2 oz and was so satisfying..I've been eating one egg for breakfast..chicken, egg or tuna salad with just mayo so this hit the spot. Will this stall break, or do I need to do something to help it along?
