Basically the Federal government needs to schedule cannabis to a schedule III or IV and that's it. Otherwise it is still and will continue to be an illegal substance as per Federal Law or DEA and FDA drug schedule change or legalized as tobacco and or alcohol laws. Don't think because your State has passed medical or Recreational cannabis for adults that it will not effect your CCP or 2 Amendment Right it is a trap at best until the U.S. congress rewrite the schedule I and is passed by congress and signed into Law by the President of the United States, as I mentioned above. Big trouble for anyone with a firearm and cannabis. I would even question cannabis CBD and guns as the federal Law is not specific about CBD, only that cannabis is a schedule I drug. So have a shot of alcohol or wine by its limit. It is always best to be sober for anyone who operates heavy machinery, driving or having to use a firearm. Don't Do it! Take action, Please advocate for cannabis federal laws as stated above for federal legalization. Don't lose your rights over some stupid deception between State and Federal laws.

Maybe the government should fuck off and end the war on drugs which hasn't done anything to help prevent whatever the government fears is going to happen if people can buy and use drugs. Also it can fuck off with it's unconstitutional gun laws which is any law which bans or limits and the superme court disagrees they can fuck off too
