Don't legalize it, the state steals all the dope business from the ppl. All that money goes into somebody's pocket and it's not fixing any potholes or paying for schools. State dope is so cheap, it's cheaper to buy than grow yoyrself. It puts self employed ppl out of work. The state is nothing more than the mafia comming in and taking over.
