There is nothing special about BGC, it just a large piece of land turn into multinational company office building, luxury apartment and hotel , restaurant and ,shopping centre. I called " Little American" city. I would think BGC build along the river with natural environment .BGC very similar to Singapore city create an artificial beauty with artificial happiness.

It’s silly because the whole Manila City should be this clean not just a small part like BGC. sigh
It’s beautiful because it’s relatively new, just 25 years, more or less. Like Makati, it will also depreciate in a few more years.

Secara konsep memang BGC ini lebih bagus, tapi Jakarta kelihtan lebih megah dengan gedung gedungnya yg lbh menjulang dan glassy, sehingga kelihatan lbh kelihatan modern dan futuristik.

Hey bro u missed a lot in your tour, you didn't cross the area of Uptown district, Valkyrie Club, Lamborghini Showroom, Burgos Circle part, Forbestown district, Maybank Theater, Mind Museum, etc. a lot man.. Ur lazy to walk further sorry to say… Those areas are better and ultra modern as well. Go back and do continue the vlog this is incomplete I say its just around 35% of 100. Cheers! Thanks
In the Philippines there 3 business districts in Metro Manila.
1. Makati CBD 2. Ortigas CBD 3. Bonifacio Global City

BGC is not only a business district. its a big area, there's a lot of schools, hospitals, Parks, Residential buildings, markets in that area..Business Districts in Manila was really built like a micro cities and it keeps on expanding and expanding.

BGC is like SCBD or Mega Kuningan in Jakarta.
