As a Texan republican who occasionally used Marijuana while in college in California, I found this video thoughtful, informative, and educational as to who supports progress on this issue.

So this may sound like a stupid question, but I really want to get other peoples opinions since I'm not into politics very much. Which candidate seems the most determined, sincere and honest when it comes to fully legalizing marijuana? From what I can tell it's either Bernie or Kamala (even though I know she wasn't 100% for it at one point), but like I said, I want other peoples opinions. Depending on who actually ends up running, I may get registered to vote for the first time in my entire life because it's a health issue for me. I live with 24/7 debilitating pain and pot helps tremendously, but I am terrified of getting caught with it. Obviously there are some other issues that I care about as well, but legalizing marijuana is what will get me to the polls.

I really do hope marijuana is legalized. I don't smoke any more for fear of legal repercussions, and I refuse to pop pills… but marijuana might be the only thing that saves me from myself.

Shouldn't the title say, 'Where Every 2020 Democratic Candidate Stands On Weed | Now This' considering there are no Republicans mentioned? I'm a democrat btw, but as someone who runs a cannabis news organization I was going to run this piece until I realized it would alienate one side that wants to know how their side votes on cannabis. I know its that they vote repressively, but you should at least show it.
