  1. What a coincidence…as the marijuana legalization push is taking foot….the WHO changes its position.

    This is politics. Marijuana is still dangerous. Its just popular. I didnt realize that popularity could force WHO to change official statements ( cough, removing lgbt from the mental illness list)

    Also, I don't agree with the other comments' points… I think drugs are banned because they lead to crime.
    (I might be biased though, I grew up in the Philippines)

  3. Schedule I is the highest restriction; like heroin is at that level. At least that's how it is in Canada. Schedule VI is the lowestest for compounds and Schedule V is over the counter stuff like cough medicine.

  6. It’s about damn time! Whether they admit it or not, everyone knows they were wrong to prohibit cannabis. They were evil to ruin/degrade/inhibit people’s lives for using it; for example banning cannabis users from jobs/higher education.

    Prohibition has ruined lives. Cannabis is an enrichment to life.
