I voted for Phil Scott & I think He is a Good Governor… I smoke marijuana occasionally but I never do it when I am driving. Nowadays with Weed being Legal & stronger versions coming around – I think Phil is just looking out for Public Safety on the roads… I also Hope "They" all work it out and regulate Retail Marijuana sales… I personally don't think Marijuana is for everyone but come on it's Vermont…
