I would love advice from someone who’s vegan. I’m really interested in going vegan. I watched earthlings and it really changed how I feel about eating meat and dairy.
I was vegetarian..and knew in my heart it was right, but something inside me knew the milk and eggs were not needed. When the smell of my organic cage free eggs grossed me out, I then went vegan. I noticed that my meals, whole food plant based, do not make me tired after eating! Im 49. And this was a deeply spiritual choice. I hope more folks find this peace as I did
Vegan for the animals!!
I’m vegan and pro animals rights but man, what a brainwash-y “film”. Can’t finish it.
Vegan! Vegan! Vegan! Feels good down to my soul!
Meats only taste really good because of all those flavourings that mixed into it without flavouring it will taste nothing. Each Fruits and Vegetables has its distinct flavours on its own. You can eat it raw while meat you can't.
The problem is going Vegan is EXPENSIVE
I don't think changing the term "milk" will deter people from going for its plant-based alternatives because the point in this debate is people are waking up to the fact that animal foods and by products- to produce, process and consume-is detrimental to both environment and human health, not to mention cruel. Even if big pharma and the big conventional medicine industry manage to destroy their plant food manufacturing adversary the consumers will still find their own way to produce and make the plant foods they need to live a healthy and longer lives. Good people (mostly scientists and some are open-minded medical doctors) who spent countless hours and exhausting efforts to study the cure for illnesses and diseases that the big pharma and conventional medicine has created-and are hiding the real cure from the masses-won the battle, along with the strong willed people of the world.
Go vegan 💪❣
Of course Baldwin is in the heart of the Dairy Industry… Wisconsin
Is that Andre back to black instrumentals in the background?❤Life changing video
Ser vegano es respetar la vida de los animales que son nuestros compañeros en el planeta y con derecho a la vida.
Would be cool to produce a list of celebs and athletes that are vegan.
New convert here. Thought I would go vegan as part of a one week cleanse. Now one month in and body loves what I’m doing for it:)
TMI, but have had terrible hemoroids for past 20 years. All pain completely gone from that.
Humans,,, the only mammals that drink the milk of another mammal and do so into adulthood. Would you drink horse milk or rats milk?? Of course not, so why are we drinking the milk of a cow.
p.s, just discovered oat milk and love it.
I will be more plant based for Better Health!!! Thank you for an informative Documentary.
I am going vegan in January

One word – Excellent! …
I've been vegan for a year and half and now I'm going whole food plant based vegan, wish me luck! I decided this after I accidentally ate something I thought was vegan cheese because it was in the vegan section and it said almond cheese but then I found out it had casein. Had acne and I couldn't figure out why until I realized this. I came to this conclusion, you really can't always trust things at face value and I'm ready for this transition. I'm not saying I'll never eat anything vegan processed but I want to limit it as much as possible as well as eliminating oil.
