Arresting people for watching movies while stoned, Playing basketball while stoned, Making good rap music while stoned, Playing board games with family without them knowing you are stoned, Eating Macdonald while stoned. while alcholics who are drunk fighting in clubs and throwing up gang signs and alcohol is still legal, How about cigarettes ?

  2. The stats are framed in such a way to create fear. How smug do you have to be that you'd assume many Singaporeans won't pick up on this. You basically came out with an advertisement targeting those lacking in critical thinking, which is very insulting. It's nice to see that with 30 likes, you couldn't even get your entire staff to agree with this video. Stop wasting resources on bs like this and focus on your real challenges, instead of pushing propaganda.

  3. LOL what is this propaganda bullshit, there have been no deaths related to Marijuana/Cannabis/Weed. This is not a gateway drug or even a "harmful" drug people dont just smoke weed and drive their fukin cars it's a way of life, a drug to relax to, in fact you can't get overdosed from it unlike other drugs. This drug has helped people with epilepsy, insomnia arthritis…the list goes on…

  4. Oh my god. Straight up propaganda?? CNB bought AD SPACE to SPREAD PROPAGANDA??? New low. NEW LOW. @SG government: you want us to fight fake news, but you're actively targeting us with fake news????

  5. To be honest, although I get that this ad is well-intended(trying to get ppl to stay clear of supposed harmful substances) but the delivery of the message isn't very well executed. Audience can tell right off the bat that the ad is using fear to try to deter them from harmful substances and it's pretty off-putting. Like less than a minute into the ad, you already feel turned off. Perhaps try a more educational way to deliver and target one consequence of harmful substance at a time and try to convince the target audience?

  6. Who is paying for this garbage? Imprisonments and prohibition do more damage to society than “cannibis” could ever do. Increase in traffic deaths is a fake number.

  7. This is just plain bullshit and bias, gosh . We're treated like a bunch of 7 year olds thinking that we can't analyse sources by ourselves. Nice try with the propaganda

  8. Search the internet for the problems of Marijuana.

    1. There are bad effects.
Mental health. People with schizophrenia and other psychotic disorders may be more likely to use marijuana heavily, about twice a month. Researchers have also found links between cannabis use and bipolar disorder, major depression, and childhood anxiety. What’s hard to untangle is if marijuana use leads to mental illness, or if it’s the other way around.

Babies and children. Infants born to women who smoke marijuana while pregnant are more likely to be underweight, be born too early, and need neonatal intensive care. But researchers don’t have enough information to say much about how the babies do later in life.

    2.
You can say alcohol and cigarette is bad and the govt does acknowledge this. But you cannot use that as a reason to say so Marijuana should be allowed. If it is bad it should not be allowed, as for alcohol and cigarettes it is a sad fact that their respective industry lobbies have won the whole world over.

    3. I cannot believe people can quote Marijuana do not cause deaths. As a matter of fact, even peanut butter causes deaths. Anyway https://www.straight.com/cannabis/1097556/dana-larsen-canadian-press-story-claims-8851-annual-deaths-cannabis-use-truth it caused 800 + deaths in Canada.

  9. Stop telling people what to think, give them ALL the facts and let them form their own opinions.

THAT’S called being SMART. Looking at the whole story and coming to your own reasonable conclusions.

Listening to an intentionally one sided story and accepting it as truth is NOT being smart, it’s being MISLED.

“Anyone who tells you we should legalise cannabis, tell them don’t be silly!” WHAT THE HELL. Why are you instructing people to close their minds to any kind of contrary perspective? It’s not like we’re talking about murder or cannibalism, take the opportunity to OPEN UP A DISCUSSION and gain a better understanding of the subject. THEN form your own views.

Congratulations on contradicting yourselves in a minute and a half.

    This video is actually sickening.
