Ask the Attorney – Legalization of Marijuana in IL

Thats rediculous but you're allowed to smoke ciggarettes around on duty police officers?. Also if i can drink alcohol legally in public i should be able to smoke marijuana in public. If im not harming anyone like alcohol i should be able to enjoy a joint in public
