Ange Postecoglou says Celtic need money and time to make it in Europe
Premiership-winning boss Ange Postecoglou says his team will need both money and time to be successful in their search for European silverware, but he is confident they will find their ‘sweet spot’.

‘It hasn’t worked out for us this year,’ the 57-year-old told the .

Despite recent reports linking the Aussie to Premier League clubs, Postecoglu seems determined continue his work at Celtic and kickstart their European campaign.
‘It’s a tough competition, whichever way you look at it – if you’re spending money, or you’re not, it’s the toughest club competition in the world,’ he said.
‘You don’t go into that – a club like ours, after five years of absence – and go in there and dominate.It just doesn’t work that way. It does take time, and it does take being at that level on a constant basis and 파라오카지노 investing in the right ways to improve over time.
‘Even that’s not guaranteed … because the competition doesn’t get any easier.But that doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t be ambitious, it doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t have goals and aims for a club like ours.’

Since thrashing rivals Rangers in September, Celtic have slipped to defeat at St Mirren before unconvincing wins at Motherwell and St Johnstone.
They certainly aren’t playing their best football, despite leading the competition in Scotland.
Celtic only have seven more games in all competitions before they break for the World Cup.
The side will travel to Australia during this time to compete in the Sydney Super Cup against Everton and Sydney FC – and you just know Aussie fans will look forward to seeing Postecoglou in action on the sidelines.
