Purchased 2 bottles of B+ CBD Oil about 6 or 7 weeks ago. I had tried another brand with excellent results. But, decided to try this brand to see if it would work as well or better. It also had a "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". After using it for the recommended month and realizing it was not working at all, I contacted them via email to ask for a refund. They responded by saying they get too many emails and that I must call their customer service line. I called and was helped by an Indian woman who told me that I could get a refund . . . BUT, I would have to pay a $9.00 restocking fee on top of eating the shipping costs. I told her that there was nothing on their website or in the emails regarding this "restocking fee" and also told her they wouldn't be restocking it because both bottles were opened. She would not budge and I declined the partially refund and let her know that I would go online and warn people to NEVER purchase CBD Oil from B+ because they are not a reputable company that stands by their product or their promise for a full refund if you are not satisfied.
