She's wrong about Vermont and the "Legal with restrictions" doesn't explain a whole lot. Basically, it's completely legal, you just can't buy or sell it, although you're allowed I think 6 plants or 12 plants for a household with 2 or more people. And obviously you can't smoke in a car, in school zones, pretty much anything where alcohol is illegal as well

Some of these its understandable you would say it wasn't legal even though it technically is. For example, in Louisiana it is legal for medical use — for a small list of conditions — where you can only get it in pills form —- at 1 of 5 dispensary/pharmacies — and last I heard how they got the actual drugs themselves were highly contested.
So yep — it's legal?
