Excellent video! Thank you for the tips.
Do you think your sea kelp mix would work in a fertilizer injector like the Chapin Hydrofeed?
Great content Silver! Loved your vid of rejuvenation doing airation, overseed, tenacity… What fertilizer blend should be used after the lawn is established for 1 year? Thx, keep up great vids. -sdub
Hi Silver, can I use the Humic acid in North Dakota, if so, just follow the directions on the bag?
Great info! I like granular much better than liquid!
When do you put your Sea Kelp down? I heard that is bad to put it when day time temperatures are higher than 85 degrees. Any suggestions?
I noticed the Humic granular that you had previously recommended on amazon is went unavailable. Is there another you recommend? Also just reached out to Sprayers plus about how to get a 105Ex as I'm also a MA resident and based out of CA and they are out of stock on site. Very eager to try your method with the Kelp. Thank you for your videos!
Are there other places in MA or NE that carry this product? Amazon is sold out and shipping is nearly equal to product cost from other suppliers.
Thank you
How often can I put sea kelp down? and is there a "best" when time to apply it? I put down PGF complete last Sunday April 19

I enjoy all of your videos but this one is definitely one of my favorites! Question in regards to the seal kelp, can you apply it by itself, or do you recommend applying it as part of your "summer lawn cocktail"? Also, does it have to be watered in?
Best channel for lawns for sure. Are any of these things bad for dogs? My main reason for a good lawn is my pup
Hey love your vids, Amazon is all sold out of that Humic Acid any advise on where else I can buy some…also I saw Humic Acid from the same company but in a different package that the one you posted, what’s the difference? Thank you Sir
How far apart these applications should be done or can they be done at the same time
Should I aeroate my lawn before adding the numeric acid?
What’s your opinion on big box store weed n’ feed products? I’m trying to improve my atrocious lawn, but the amount of products out there are a bit overwhelming!
Where can we buy humic acid? I’ve never seen this anywhere. Thanks
Does your advice stay the same for florida yards and weeds? I have a mix of burmuda, bahia, and st. Augustine in my yard as well as a bunch of weeds
Thanks for the advice
I have a question… I experimented with Vigaro fertilizer, now I'm using Anderson's PGF. How long should I wait to apply Anderson after the Vigaro application?
Hi. I live your videos. I have an ugly lawn and moles/voles. Help please!
What grass do you have? and where do you live? South? North? Transition?
Okay, that custom sprinkler system sounds awesome. Might wanna try that out.
Hello Sir, A question for you, if you would. I have recently been doing purchase research on reel mowers. I have come to notice you are one of the very few YouTubers who have come to utilize both the Swardman and the Allett reel mower. In your opinion or if you have a few extra moments maybe a video, which of the two do you prefer based on experience? What are the Pros and Cons of each(i.e. quality of cut, build, ease of maintenance, ease of cartridge swap,, (things of this nature)? Have you considered or used any other reel mowers?
What I see are small areas, can the tranasity be used in a 31 gallon broadcast sprayer for a 2 acre yard
Thanks for another great video. I’m here in MA also and your videos have helped me manage my yard much better.
This was a great video!
THANK YOU for sharing your knowledge with us! I've been following your channel since last summer. This year I finally took the plunge and invested in a number of things you recommended, including the weeding killing solutions and as well as the sea kelp and humic acid you linked above.
The question I have for you is – how much time should I allow between the Tenacity, sea kelp, and humic acid treatments? And in what order would you do those in?
About 2-4 weeks ago added fertilizer and it’s pretty green . What do I need to do right now. Any help?
I picked up Tenacity after seeing your video on how to use it. I applied it without any surfactant at first and didn't really see a lot of difference. None of the clover/crabgrass turned white initially. I ordered some of the blue dye and the surfactant and went at it two weeks later with a little higher concentration of Tenacity. About the third day I still didn't see a lot and was starting to doubt how well it work. But the fourth day and fifth day EVERYTHING I sprayed had turned white and it has been another week and there is almost not trace of clover and only clumps of crabgrass to address. It took a few days but Tenacity was no joke! And for anybody using the blue dye…be careful with it as it too is pretty strong. As a wall in my garage will be a reminder of that for a while. Gonna look into the sea kelp and humeric acid next.
Thanks for the tips
Could you give us the mix rate on the sea kelp per 1000? I can’t seem to find it on the bottle. Shows for plants and garden. Thank and keep putting out great quality videos.
First of all live your channy. I've learned so much over the past year. I followed your Tenacity + aerator treatment plan and my grass looks a lot better this year, however it still has weeds throughout, but a lot less then before. Should I still apply sea kelp and humic acid or wait until next year when I've controlled the weeds a little more?
2 weeks in, and grass is growing well. I have some areas where grass has not grown, but will address that after the first cut. I know that as weeds die, it can leave voided areas. Will update after cut. On another note, I’m doing the lawn while trying to combat voles! Man’s adversary in the battle for a great lawn!
I mix all of my product
Going to try kelp this year.
My lawn is now purple after doing this stuff? Call me Barney
