I dont know why there arent any natural herbs to be gathered. Finding meds is frustrating when you're already ill

fun fact. charcoal also gets rid of the sickness. just a tip 🙂 it also works the fastest. had to drink some water as i was going to die and forgot to purify it in the heat of the moment and got sick. popped a charcoal and it was gone almost 3 minutes later

Wym pills don’t stack ? Like if I take two it won’t stack the effect or you take two and the effect won’t last 2x as long ? Or do you mean pills don’t stack as I. I take all 3 kinds of meds and only one works ?

EDIT: As of patch 1.05 vitamins can boost your immunities when sick to overcome the illness sooner. Remember not to stack them. Eat one at a time. 💊☝🏻
Vitamin pills get rid of it to. After about. 5 of them
