“piranha 3dd” is the next chapter in the long-running “piranha” franchise. a group of friends take a weekend family vacation on the shore of a remote lake in the tropics. they spend a blissful day swimming, boating, fishing and enjoying the great outdoors until they stumble across the lake’s legendary piranha.
soon, the fish are swarming around their camp site, devouring their food and terrorizing their children. desperate to protect their families, the group hits the water, but their adventure turns into a nightmare when the fish turn on them. the group must fight for their lives against the ruthless piranhas.
the group’s luck runs out when a trawler full of a powerful drug called bubbaclot. bubbaclot’s super-strength cuts through the water and is toxic to piranhas, but it cannot kill humans.
the townspeople have closed the lake down, and the group is stranded on the water’s surface and trapped by the swirling fish. they fight to survive against the bloodthirsty piranhas. the piranhas must be eliminated before they can find their way to the drug.

piranha 3dd is a bad b movie with a stupid title that uses the “3dd” thing because its a fish movie. this is a full-on, flying fish attack movie that’s supposed to be funny but isn’t. the plot has the strippers at a fun park swimming in a lake and then a giant fish attacks but no one in the park is saved. the monster is played for laughs but the laughs are weird. some scenes are funny and some are stupid. the creature’s physical effects are amazing and it is a fun movie to watch. it’s not a real movie with a real plot, just an excuse to show scantily clad women in ridiculous situations and a silly monster.there is a comic relief character named spaulding who is played by nick swardson. he’s got a great character, especially when he takes off his shirt. this is a big-budget movie that has a lot of effects, one of which is that the actors swim in the lake and then the giant fish comes out of the water and chases them. the fish has a good design and it’s done well. the acting in this movie isn’t great and sometimes the movie doesn’t make sense.the movie’s biggest problem is that it’s not a very good movie. it’s like a b movie that has a slick, polished look and then tries to dress it up with comedy and sex. there’s nothing wrong with the sex. it’s fairly graphic and involves a lot of nudity. some of the jokes that are supposed to be funny aren’t. the strippers are supposed to be getting attacked by a giant fish but most of the time they’re not even in the same shot as it. the monsters are made up of silicone and rubber so that it’s easy to create the effects. the special effects are well done and there is a lot of them. it’s just that there is nothing special about any of it and it’s just in the way. piranha 3dd is a mediocre movie that doesn’t seem to know what it wants to be.this is a movie that tries to be like a porno flick or a cheesy horror flick but can’t do either of them right. i would give this a b- at most. it’s not terrible but it’s not very good either.i’ve seen better movies in this genre, like the texas chainsaw massacre movies or hellraiser. the movie tries to imitate them but doesn’t do it well enough. i would give this a c- at best.i don’t know how much money this movie made but i’m guessing it was a large amount. it’s not a bad film but it’s not a great one either. it’s not worth a million-dollar production. it’s something that should be enjoyed as a one-time deal, like a fun cheap horror movie. it’s not worth the money to see it over and over again because it won’t be that good. some of the special effects are good but the movie is bad. the acting is bad and the writing is bad. the movie has a lot of sex but the sex is awkward and cheesy. it’s not a great movie and it’s not a bad one. it’s just mediocre, like most movies that are supposed to be funny or scary.in short, this movie is not a very good movie and not a very bad one. it’s average. it’s not a good deal, it’s a bad deal.i recommend you watch it once and enjoy the sex, fish, and nudity but not much else.
