Getting into Photoshop

To create a new file, you first need to create a new document (file). To create an image for Photoshop Elements, we will follow these steps:
Open a blank, white image (you can use the white paper icon).
Drag your image into the white document.

Scale the image to fit the document.

In this step, we will crop the image. To crop it, drag an edge of the image from the top right to the bottom left, or vice versa. Once the edge of the image is where you want it, press Control-C.
Step 3
The image is now open for editing. If you prefer, you can use the fill and stroke tools to add a border around the edge of the image.
Step 4
The right-most tool in this toolbox is the eyedropper. This is a tool that allows you to sample colour from an area of the image. You can use the eyedropper for a number of things.

Those numbers are virtually identical to the New York Times Upshot/Siena College poll published on Tuesday, which gave Warren a two-point lead over Brown.
A Quinnipiac University poll released Friday also gives Warren a one-point lead. As Scott Clement of CBS News noted, the difference between them is in the last question, where Quinnipiac asks whether respondents would vote for either a Democrat or a Republican even if their preferred candidate were not on the ballot.
But in that question, 12 percent of voters in Massachusetts say they would consider voting for a Republican, including 7 percent who say they would be willing to back a Republican over Brown. So, is Warren a clear favorite to win? No. Is Brown a heavy underdog? Not at all.
In Georgia, Democrats are in the clear in their bid for two statewide seats: gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams and former state House Minority Leader Stacey Evans, who is running for the U.S. House.
According to the exit poll from Edison/Axios, Abrams leads Republican Brian Kemp by six points in the gubernatorial race, with 50 percent to his 44 percent.
That’s much different than a recent Siena College poll that gave Kemp a more than 10-point lead in the governor’s race.
The polls themselves aren’t that far apart. And the exit poll numbers are very similar to other recent exit polls, like ABC/
